Thoughts or lack there of

So I'm sitting on my couch thinking of where the heck a Library book could be... and I think. "oh i REALLY need to do this" then i call my sister -in -law because she is pertinent to the solution and while its ringing i forget completely what i really needed to do just 2 seconds ago, so i hang up, and am still trying to remember what i had to do that was really important... I mean i called her immediately upon thinking about it. I don't get it, how can something "important" just fly the coup (which is my brain) I swear this is happening more and more. The other day Kailey was banging her head on the wall, for kicks and giggles, why else? I told her to stop because that of course kills brain cells and makes you dumber (did anyone else learn this?) so in the end I'm thinking I must have hit my head to many times as a kid because my memory is getting worse, my brain is getting dumber and I am turning into a blob of motherhood... with a notebook attached to me to write down the things i need to do or don't want to forget, also filled with recipes and other random useless information my brain is computing. (by the way the notebook was at the computer when i thought of my "important" thing, therefore, did not get written down upon thought process.)the end

The more kids you have, the more your brain depletes! Trust me!!! I know exactly what you are saying!!!

We're still street smart, though!!!

i really am the exact same way! the sad thing is that even when i'm not pregnant i'm like that. the brain cells disappear, and then never reappear!

congrats on your pregnancy by the way!

I so understand what you are saying. It's the same for me. After I forgot a bunch of things a few years back including picking up my children I realized I was getting old. I never had to write anything down years ago. Now if I don't I forget. It sucks!
