Yes that is 15 pounds of tri tip, and Yes my daughters are coloring on them. Just a normal family activity in the Condie household! the girls love it when its sucky sealy time. that means they get to color on the meat bags! we had a trip to Costco and bought our supply of meat for the next 6 months to a year. good times

Our Boy can Walk!

He has been doing really good at walking lately. he still thinks crawling is easier, but when things bug his knees hes up on his feet. He knows we are so proud! Pioneer day at the pool. Kailey and Shaun

A work in Progress

Richmond (our builder said they would fix our lawn and to just let it die... we did and 3 months later they started work on it.
While waiting our neighbors gave us a trampoline and the contractors dug us a big hole and we finished it with cinder block. it looked so pretty done, we did it 4 bricks high and unfortunately all our hard work is unseen because its in-ground.
We have lovely dirt piling up around it, we have to get the caps on and pray they finish the grass faster then it took them to level the yard

This is our totally level yard. they did more than we expected and are NOT complaining! i can't wait for grass!!! more pictures to come

Wahoo for Jacob and Deidre!

Jacob came to visit for 2 days, and upon arriving had no bakes waiting for him. They had a wedding to go to so they disappeared for the day but that night i made him earn his keep and dinner by lifting about 100 cinder blocks with me and then had pizza with our cousin. I wish they lived closer. I blame Deidre! jk

the day at the narrows

We hiked the Narrows in St George. it was a blast! i would like to do the whole thing. We didn't take the kids but had a babysitter and were on a time constraint. We Took Casey's boys and went with My mom, Jacob and Deidre and our friend Jen and her little boy Jack and her brother.

It was really pretty, and perfect weather!

It looks like Jacob, Shaun and the Boys decided to go skinny dipping, but no there are suit under the water!

The beginning of the trail, it got up to our waist in some areas, and if you are Shaun you get up to your face (he totally biffed it, it was hilarious!) and if your Jacob you get up to your neck, he also got a little confident and totally fell into a deep area. i was lucky enough to witness both falls. It was a blast!

Shauns week vs. our week

Shaun went on a last min trip to Ireland and ended with a day in England, yes work is SOOO rough for him. We decided to go to California for the week while he was gone.

We were riding the Ferris Wheel a la Spectrum
while he was checking out the sights of IrelandWe went To Grandpa Clyde's and walked around the Galleria in Glendale While he was riding the Tube and walking around in Downtown London We rode the Spectrum Express and drove in Awesome traffic

It was a really fun Vacation for us, we went to the pool, lake and beach and hung out with family and as much as I love them, i think i would I would have liked to be with Shaun. sometimes his traveling makes me jealous! and from the pictures there is good reason!!!!

Kailey and Jordan Jumping away. they jump everyday and most evenings Shaun and I go out and do some tricks ourselves. trampolines are so cool!

We Love our Neighbors! both sides! the neighbors to the North gave us a

trampoline that was in their attic when they bought their house, and the neighbor to the south helped us all day cinder block the pit so that we can have the trampoline in ground and walls not cave in. They are awesome!!!

The Weekend with the Condie Family Reunion

We did a little toe nail painting with the girls while the boys went to Sportsmans warehouse and the boat.

Over the 4th we had both sides of the family in town. it was fun, we went bowling, a few dinners and some people even went boating. not in our boat, we were lucky enough to sell that thing right before the 4th! it is a huge relief not to have an old boat sitting in our driveway anymore!
