today was one of those days that really seem like 4 days because so many different things go on. We got a new kid for babysitting... Carter isn't so sure how he feels about the new kid on the couch.
Wendy picked up our new Wheat grinder so obviously we had to test them out! they are pretty loud and smell like burning but they work and it is totally awesome that we get to grind our own flour now! this turns into...
looks like the stuff you get at the store...
Wendy proudly holding up the fresh ground flour, time to make some bread!

Carter also got to go to his 6 month check up today, he is such a content little guy and by little he is officially in the 1 percentile, we are on orders to give him more bottles...

3 things people say:
mmm... grinding your own flour! nothing like a little 19th century trudgery to brighten your day!
Carter looks great, though....
Wren was between 0-3 percentile at six months. She just thrived more on solids, and by 12 months she was up to 50. We started whole milk last month and now she is at 95. It is crazy, but I think it is normal to fluctuate. And someone has to be in the 1%, right?
Carter is adorable, wherever he is on that chart.
I've got the same grinder and I love it! How cool you got to see grandma!
