First day of school 1st and 3rd grade and end of summer bang

 Jordan in her first grade class. She LOVES her teacher and was so excited to be in first grade!

 The friday before school started we got donuts from Joey's, they loved it. I just sat and listened to them carry on conversations and share each others donuts. its so funny what they say when they think no one is listening.  they talk like adults in little voices "kawee (how Carter says Kailey) why don't you like the kind with stuff inside?" then they run around and play chase or tag until I yell at them to stay away from the street. sometimes its awesome being the patrol. Its funny how quickly you can go from nice mom to mean mom.

 Kailey in 3rd grade. she hit her head on the floor the day before school started and had a huge bruise down the middle. i have no idea how she did that.

These two really look after each other. This year they ride the bus together but are in different schools.They HATE when they want a friend and I no one can play and I say "oh, I know who REALLY wants to play with you and I know they are home..... JORDAN/KAILEY" i usually get an eye roll or "i meant a friend" but in the end its the truth. they always have each other and I hope they always will get along this great!
